Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l'usine, le responsable de l’entretien a pour mission d’atteindre les objectifs opérationnels de son unité en supportant efficacement les employés d’entretien et les sous-traitants et en assurant un travail de grande qualité. Vous contrôlez les risques SST au sein de votre unité en encourageant l’adoption des meilleures pratiques d’entretien et veillez à l’exactitude des horaires de travail planifiées. L'objectif sera également de chapeauter une équipe mobilisée et compétente et de les soutenir dans leurs initiatives d’amélioration des processus et pratiques d’entretien.

- D’assurer la mobilisation et le développement de l’ensemble de vos employés

- Supporter les employés d’entretien et les sous-traitants sous votre responsabilité
- Respecter les budgets d’entretien alloués
- Appliquer, maintenir et améliorer les processus du système de fiabilité
- Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle et résoudre les problèmes en faisant des recommandations à son gestionnaire
