As a camp counsellor, your job role is to oversee and facilitate the activities and well-being of the campers during their time at the camp.

**Supervision of Campers**: You will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the campers under your care. This involves constant supervision during activities, meal times, and rest periods to ensure a safe and enjoyable camp experience.

**Organizing Activities**: Plan and lead a variety of recreational, games and activities for the campers.

**Promoting Camper Engagement**: Encourage camper participation and involvement in activities, ensuring that everyone feels included and has the opportunity to have fun and make friends.

**Conflict Resolution**: Address any issues or conflicts that may arise between campers and help to foster a positive and respectful camp environment.

**Role Model**: Serve as a positive role model for the campers by demonstrating good behaviour, sportsmanship, and adherence to camp rules.

**Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other camp staff members to create a positive and cohesive camp community.

**Adherence to Camp Policies**: Follow and enforce camp policies and guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff.

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
