**What we're looking for**:
**What you'll do**:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation to final implementation, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates, identifying risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved budget.
- Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing expectations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
**What we're looking for**:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Client Success / Project Manager in a marketing agency or related industry.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete and filed appropriately.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and the ability to pay attention to small details and ensure accuracy in all aspects of project management and deliverables.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks, make project-based decisions and remove obstacles that hinder the project’s progress.
- Ability to be flexible and proactive-we are looking for someone who can take initiative and, motivate the team to work collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain a client-centric approach by understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviour, and going above and beyond.
