**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of automation experience (industrial electrical design, controls, and programing)
- Solidworks experience

**Duties**
- Understand and have knowledge of building mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, typical building control system sensors and devices
- Create and test sequence of programming and operation
- Point to point, pre-functional, and functional testing of equipment/systems
- Create high quality electrical drawings for various projects, including BOM & panel layouts
- Configuring and testing of robotic system
- Programing for various PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems
- Interact with the trades, designers, and engineers to ensure correct functionality
- Learn to interact with new PLCs as required
- Other duties as assigned

- Self-starter who has the ability to work with mínimal direct supervision
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to describe technical information in easily understood terms
- Degree or diploma from a recognized college or university with specialization in automation controls or similar field
- Hands-on robotics experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances, and legislation
- High attention to detail
