**What you’ll do**
- Identify the test effort for a given release and plan the required effort
- Understand user story content, test estimation, determine test approach and create tasks.
- Bring business experience to the test area and translate technical issues into an impact assessment to the user community. Provide recommendations as to the severity and impact of identified technical issues
- Write, execute, and validate test cases, documenting results and creating any required defects assigning to the development team for review.
- Update existing test cases in qTest or JIRA based on system modifications and defect fixes

**What you bring**
- Previous software testing experience including hands-on test software proficiency: JIRA, Confluence, qTest
- Previous experience in Agile project environment, banking domain and card disputes process.
- Ability to prioritize critical path activities, achieve project milestones and meet deliverables
- Ability to interpret acceptance criteria and high-level testing scenarios into test cases
- Capable of adapting to changing technologies
- Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
