Crude Master Transport is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Lloydminster, Alberta. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hauling of production fluid from single well batteries and plants to salt water disposals and other rail and pipeline facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help lead and manage a team of truck drivers and subcontractors in the transportation of production fluid.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Help ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle emergencies and be available after hours to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with truck drivers, oilfield operators, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular field inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with truck drivers, oilfield operators, and other stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the hauling of production fluid from single well batteries and plants to saltwater disposals and other rail and pipeline facilities.
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the oil and gas industry is required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Class 1A is an asset.
- Crude Master covers a vast area, and you may be required, on occasion, to travel out of town for short terms.

**Salary**: $78,000.00-$102,000.00 per year
