**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any maintenance issues observed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and functional.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns from facility occupants.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management for timely replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
