**Overview**:
Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and career-driven individual to join our team as a General Laborer. With plenty of opportunity, only those who are eager to learn, dependable, and take initiative, will move up in our company. This entry position will equip you with all the basic knowledge and experience you will need to propel forward.

Work is available year-round, weather permitting. Must be willing to work long hours, travel between jobs, and handle labor intensive tasks. You will be expected to provide support, follow instructions, and operate tools and machinery safely.

**Required Personal Tools/ Equipment**:
must have required personal tools on the first day of work and at all times on every job.
- Work boots
- Pouch
- Measuring tape in inches
- Impact screw bits, framers hammer
- Nail claw remover
- Knife
- Drill holder attachment
- Pitch square
- Finish trim flat bar
- Pencils

**Dress Code**:

- Company shirt
- Jeans
- Steel-toed safety boots

**Responsibilities**:

- Start day by getting trailer loaded with required materials for the day
- Communicate with the crew leader about the required tasks of the day
- Unload materials and tools at job site where required by crew leader
- Start by setting up chop saw, and table saw if required
- Set up any tools required by crew leader for the day
- Set up battery chargers and begin charging batteries
- Learn how to use tools required and learn the names of all tools needed
- Ensure the complete work area is cleaned at all times
- Keep garbage bags ready and keep the work area clean and cleared of garbage and materials
- Ensure you are motivated enough to maintain yourself busy. If unsure, ask a skilled laborer or installer right away for new tasks to complete in order to help with workload
- Learn where to locate tools required to properly finish a job
- Maintain trailer cleanliness and keep it organized at all times
- Must adhere to safe work environment
- Keep track of tools/materials needed everyday. (E.I garbage bags, Sawzall blades, iso blades, grinder disk etc.)
- Focus on learning all scopes of renovation from Demolition to Completion to familiarize yourself with the process
- Keep communication with client to very little or none at all

- 1 year (preferred)
- Full G driver license with a clean record (required)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
