**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Budgeting and Cost Management**:

- Prepare accurate project budgets, considering all relevant costs and contingencies.
- Monitor project expenditures and track financial performance against the budget.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and payment requests.

**Team Management and Communication**:

- Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Delegate tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

**Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction**:

- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality residential projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Address any client concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve utmost client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the high-rise residential construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work well under pressure.
