**Yard By Yard Lawn & Tree Care - Okanagan Mental Health Services Society**

Yard By Yard is a social enterprise running a Therapeutic Work Program that teaches job skills to individuals with mental health issues. Yard By Yard has been serving customers in the Okanagan for over 16 years and takes pride in both their customer service and their client support. We are looking to add to our already amazing team of supervisors and hope you see this amazing opportunity for employment.

**Job Description/Scope of Work**:

- Pruning, trimming, shaping and removal of trees, shrubs and hedges.
- Works well with mínimal supervision.
- The ability to communicate with customers and coworkers alike.
- Hand shoveling snow during the winter, is a requirement for this position.
- Attention to detail on the jobsite as well as, detailed paperwork, organize the crew, and the ability to do estimating, would be a great asset to our team.

**Additional requirements**:

- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification (or)
- Arboriculturists Trade Certification
- Clear criminal record check and drivers abstract.

**Preferences**:

- Will be given to applicants that have experience with attention to detail on the jobsite as well as, detailed paperwork, organizing the crew and the ability to do estimating would be a great asset to our team.

. Wage is negotiable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
