**In General**:

- **Responsibilities**:_

**Server**
- Experience on Linux Server administration & managing Windows 2019 Servers.
- Hands-on experience implementing, administrating, and troubleshooting Linux Servers.
- Hands-on experience in installing & maintaining AD, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Antivirus, Server
- Hardening & identifying & closing vulnerabilities.
- Following backup policy to regularly backup required servers.
- Support local office networks and work as an interface with users to support and set up server connectivity.
- Provide Tier 1 & 2, Server problem isolation, determination, troubleshooting, and resolution using various diagnostic techniques, equipment, and vendor resources
- Actively monitor alerts and system notifications to identify issues proactively while working with 3rd party vendors.
- Able to do end-to-end troubleshooting from Desktop & Server level for remote users.
- Preferred Redhat, MCSA or MCSE,

**Network**
- Support local office networks and work as an interface with users to support and set up Network & Server connectivity.
- Provide Tier 1 & 2, Server & network problem isolation, determination, troubleshooting, and
- resolution using various diagnostic techniques, equipment, and vendor resources.
- Experience with addressing, sub-netting, routing, switching, VLANs,
- Coordinate with network service providers (ISPs, Carriers, etc.) to resolve Internet outages.
- Experience in handling Server & network monitoring tools.
- Open technical cases with network hardware & software vendors to resolve problems.
- Use network-monitoring information to assist in resolving desktop, Server, network issues, or troubleshooting network outages or impairments.
- Assist in Network, Server maintenance activity.
