**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service while effectively communicating their needs to our technicians. Your expertise in automotive repair and sales will be crucial in providing accurate information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance options available.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to dealership policies.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on upselling services effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly.
