- Soutenir un courtier immobilier
- Organiser et classer les documents en version électronique et papier
- Produire des lettres, des communications, des listes et des rapports
- Organiser et planifier des rendez-vous par téléphone et avec le logiciel d'administration

**Horaire**:
Lundi - vendredi de 9-21h (flexible)

Samedi - Dimanche 9-17h (flexible)

**Dossier d'emploi**:
Nous recherchons un assistant administratif personnel et un coordinateur de transactions pour effectuer diverses tâches administratives. La fonction d’assistant administratif consiste notamment à apporter un soutien au courtier immobilier, à répondre aux besoins quotidiens du bureau et à gérer ainsi qu’à organiser les activités administratives générales de la société.

**Responsabilités**
- Maintient un système de classement organisé en version électronique
- Recherche les titres de propriété, les taxes, l'adresse du propriétaire et les numéros de téléphone
- Élabore les feuilles de listing de Centris avec les informations de propriété correctes
- Organise et fixe les rendez-vous et les visites
- Aide à la préparation de rapports réguliers
- Coordonne les nouvelles inscriptions et finalise les transactions une fois les offres acceptées

**Exigences**
- Compétences organisationnelles démontrées
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches
- Souci du détail et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes
- Aptitude confirmée à écrire en français et en anglais en utilisant la grammaire, l’orthographe et la ponctuation appropriées.
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'assistante administrative
- Connaissance des systèmes et des procédures de gestion de bureau
- Maîtrise de MS Office (MS Excel et MS Word, PDF en particulier)
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale en français et en anglais

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**:

**What does an Administrative Assistant do?**

**If you also have previous experience as an administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.**

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops and maintain an organized filing system both paper and electronic
- Researches property titles, taxes, owners address and phone numbers
- Develops Centris listing sheets with correct property information
- Organizes and schedule appointments and visits
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Updates and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinates and finalizes transactions once offers have been accepted

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to write in French and English using appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PDF in particular)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 20 per week
