**Voyago is hiring a Dispatch/Driver for our London location**:** Your role**:

- You are responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction
- You are responsible for a high degree of customer service
- You thrive in a fast paced high stress environment
- You are comfortable driving school routes when required

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- You have strong, proven customer service experience
- You can take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
- You can utilize the radio to communicate effectively with all en route drivers
- You can identify all runs and drivers active on routes are on time to ensure no students are left behind
- You are able to pull a variety of reports as per the Dispatch Supervisor directive
- You can obtain a clean Criminal Record Search
- You have time and Stress Management skills
- You have good organization and communications skills
- You have computer Software experience in MS Office
- You have an understanding of transportation industry an asset
- You are able to work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 10:00am and 1:30pm to 5:30pm
- You are willing and able to upgrade to a B class licence (Upgrade provided at no cost to you)
