**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Rehabilitation Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across various aspects of their lives, including residential care, community involvement, and vocational pursuits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Residential Support**: Assist individuals in their daily living activities, including personal care, household chores, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
- **Community Access**: Facilitate and encourage participation in community activities, social events, and recreational programs. Support clients in developing social skills and building meaningful relationships.
- **Vocational Support**: Help individuals explore and pursue employment or volunteer opportunities. Provide guidance on job readiness, skills development, and workplace integration.
- **Personalized Care**: Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each individual’s care and development.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for the needs and rights of clients, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support within the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to promoting the dignity, respect, and independence of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
