**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the incumbent is responsible for the operational aspects of running the Massage Therapy Clinic and CIHW programming. This position involves: staffing and supervision of work study students, tracking and reporting financial transactions, scheduling clients for both the on-campus massage therapy internship clinic and CIHW initiatives, and the planning and promotion of the massage therapy clinic and CIHW initiatives. This role will engage with administrative staff, Program Coordinators, faculty and support staff as required to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives and the massage therapy on-campus internship clinic.

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**

Three (3) year college diploma or equivalent in Business or Health related discipline:

- Operating a health-related business
- Management of massage therapy clinic

**Experience**

Five years of experience in operations including planning and scheduling is required. Two years of experience in either a supervisory or managerial role is required. Experience in scheduling in a multi-disciplinary clinic and/or experience in supporting projects and initiatives with competing deadlines are considered assets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to independently make decisions based on an overall plan
- Excellent computer skills.
