The IT Scrum Master and delivery lead position is responsible for managing the scrum teams and successful deployments to production by liaising between business users and technology partners. The overall objective of this role is to manage the scrum teams and deliver sustainable technology solutions by leveraging agile techniques to drive efficiency and strong alignment with the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices and work with product and the development team to achieve business outcomes.
- Liaise with business and technology partners to manage successful releases to production.
- Identify and address roadblocks for the team: collaborate with partners to remove distractions and ensure the team stays focused on delivering prioritized and committed business outcomes.
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives.
- Assist in refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Facilitate communication between external groups and the project team. Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
- Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards
- Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
- Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Prior experience with on a scrum team with successful Agile techniques
- Knowledge of Core Accounts or Cash Management / Treasury services business is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
