- Handle all administration of The SPOT including fielding inquiries, coordinating bookings, maintaining external calendar, drafting agreements, etc.
- Provide support for the development and implementation of tenant communications related to marketing including tenant memos, newsletters, etc.
- Capturing high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, and other online channels
- Building and fostering a list of community partners across Saskatchewan
- Provide training to retailers on shopping centre’s gift card program and process.
- Utilize the Southland Mall and Market Mall website and social media channels to promote The SPOT & The POP-SHOP
- Supporting marketing events through the planning stages and facilitating on-site activations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre's services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations, marketing, promotional and community activities.
- Assist with non-profit bookings, table rentals and promotional events as required.
- Monitor the centre’s website and social media for timely information and accuracy; recommend updates to the Assistant Manager, Marketing and National Manager, Marketing.
- Provide support for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Centre.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Marketing and National Manager, Marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communications.
- 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
- Knowledge and experience with basic business procedures.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Graphic design experience considered an asset.
- Good communication - verbal and written skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work within a high functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
