We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Production Manager to join this dynamic team.

The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process from start to finish, working with Team Leads to ensure tasks are executed to the highest quality standards in a professional, responsible, and timely manner. They take direction from the General Manager, collaborate with other managers, and provide Production Team Members with the necessary skills and knowledge for optimum performance. The Production Manager ensures that Team Members are qualified to meet the organization's operational needs and objectives while fostering positive morale, satisfaction, and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production process and quality control from start to finish so the team can provide accurate timely updates to our customers.
- Work closely with other Managers, Production Team Leads and Customer Service Representatives to help production run efficiently.
- Conduct daily meetings with Production Team Leads and provide them guidance, support and coaching opportunities. Engage them in promoting best practices in training techniques, safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Use leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ensure professionalism within the team when dealing with external and internal customers both in person and on the phone.
- Review, monitor, update departmental SOPs to provide training to new hires.
- Onboard new Team Members following the company’s onboarding procedures.
- Regularly analyze the needs of the production staff to facilitate ongoing training programs that are efficient and effective, that align with LBS strategies.
- Perform required HR/Safety related supervisory functions including hiring, wage reviews, documentation, performance management, abiding by company policies and safety procedures, etc. as required.

**The ideal traits needed to perform this role**:

- Absorbs and processes complex information with mínimal confusion.
- Proficient with basic numerical equations and is comfortable with complex calculations. Also, reasonably efficient when using numerical data in decision making and requires little assistance in processing charts and graphs.
- Responds well to time constraints and generally works at a brisk pace.
- Enjoys influencing others but still willing to follow directions when needed.
- Generally outgoing and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Effective without direct management yet welcomes structure/supervision as needed.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude yet will express doubt on occasion.
- Balances timeliness and deliberation but is comfortable making quick decisions.
- Responds appropriately to the needs of others but strongly defends own opinion.
- Uses judgement that balances common sense and practical experience.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Automotive knowledge would be an asset.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
