**Location: Markham, Ontario (In-Person)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the financial records and transactions of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with external accountants during audits and tax filing processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to bookkeeping and financial management.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English is essential, as the role requires effective communication with our diverse client base.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Knowledge of real estate accounting practices will be considered an asset.
Working Schedule and Compensation: This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. The working hours can be flexible, but some availability during regular business hours is necessary. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
