**The Purpose of your role**:
To lead and drive the development of Spare Parts and Service activities for KSB throughout Canada.

Covers the overall SupremeServ business cycle from business development, customer set up, quotations, order processing and provision of services, sales revenue, resource management and profit.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility to understand and implement the SupremeServ 2030+ for KSB Canada as determined by the Managing Director and Regional SupremeServ VP and drive towards success
- Engaged, active and visible leadership for all SupremeServ activities
- Actively collaborate with new pumps sales teams to ensure overall success of growth of KSB in Canada
- Ensure the right people are in the right positions with proper development programs and paths
- Coordinate development of sales programs, policies and objectives in conjunction with overall KSB Canada operations to ensure alignment for the overall success of the Company
- Manage investments within the Service Shops
- Manage the inventory for spare parts stock and service activities; supporting KAM and customer expectations for delivery
- Monitor and adjust spare parts pricing for the Canadian market
- Drive the implementation of “Supreme” innovative offerings: SES, Reverse Engineering, E2E business, KSB Guard
- Work with Marketing department to deliver SupremeServ focused campaigns to drive business growth and implement customer feedback platforms
- Support development of SupremeServ marketing materials

Pay: $49,309.92-$108,860.99 per year
