**Job Summary**
- Provide dealer guidance on:
- Claim and condition structure (data integrity)
- New vehicle receipt and logistics policy clarification
- Serve as dealer escalation for reviews of Transportation Claim Request preauthorization positions (new process)
- Authorize and pay transportation claims.
Support and provide guidance to DSMs and dealers
**Requirements**:
Basic Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanic's license or equivalent in work related experience in automotive service facilities
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to function within a team environment and maintain a respectful working relationship with the dealer body
- Industry knowledge
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual skills are considered a strong asset
