**Tâches**
- Heures de Travail de Base de 8h à 16:30.
- Répondre aux appels des client, soumettre des prix générés via notre site Web.
- Fournir des devis, des commandes et les suivis nécessaires aux clients existants et potenetiels.
- Confirmer les commandes, mettre à jour et ajouter des notes.
- Classement.
- Fournir des rapports d’inspection à notre département des reclamations sur demande.
- Toute autre tâche connexe au besoin.

**éducation & Expérience**:

- 2 - 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Certificat d’études secondaires.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorité et à prendre des decisions rapides et éclairées.
- Customer oriented and a team player.
- Connaissance des programmes Microsoft Office.
- Souci du detail et bien organisé.
- Bonnes compétences en communication.
- Attitude agréable.
- Maîtrise du français / anglaise.
- Une experience dans l’industrie automobile serait un atout mais non obligatoire.

**Conditions de Travail**
- Notre emplacement n’est pas accessible par transport public à pied ou en bicyclette, l’accès est possible que par voiture.
- Heures supplémentaires occasionnelles.
- Des périodes prolongées d’assise à un bureau et de travail sur un oridinateur.

**Compensation**:
Salaire: $18.00 / heure

L. Hansen's Forwarding Ltd operating in Montréal, QC is a rapidly and continually expanding Auto Hauling / Vehicle Relocation company with 40 years in business. We are actively seeking an individual to take on a variety of responsibilities and tasks in their role as a Client Service Representative.

**Job Duties**
- Core working hours at 8 am to 4.30 pm.
- Respond to customer calls, quote prices generated through our Website.
- Assist existing and potential customers in providing quotes, orders and necessary follow ups.
- Pre-call orders, update the order and documenting entry of notes.
- Office Filing
- Provide inspection reports to our Claims Department as and when requested.
- Any other related duties as required.

***Education & Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer service.
- Completion of High School Certificate.
- Ability to manage priorities efficiently and make quick educated decisions.
- Customer oriented and a team player.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- High attention to detail and well organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant Attitude.
- Fluent in French / English.
- Previous experience in automotive industry would be an asset but not mandatory.

**Work Conditions**
- Our location is not accessible by public transportation or by foot or bicycle, access to our office is only possible by means of automobile. Must have a vehicle.
- Occasional Overtime
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

**Compensation**:
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour (flexible based on experience)

Work Hours: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, 30 min lunch
