**Full Job Description**

**B&J** is an E-Commerce marketing & fulfillment company established in 2013 in Toronto. Now the company is looking for experienced SEO Specialist/associates to join our team in Mississauga, ON, to optimize the online marketing of our new product lines in Canada and the USA.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Define and implement our SEO plan, in collaboration with the Content team.
- Put our visitors first by ensuring we provide the best online experience for them.
- Lead our SEO initiatives to improve organic search presence.
- Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct SEO audit (technical, on-page, and off-page) to identify key areas for improvement.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and recommend actions to fix technical issues.
- Develop the link building strategy and plan various experiments on our content
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
- Improve ranking on Google map.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1 year+ Google Ads/Google Map optimization experience.
- University Degree or College diploma.
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently without supervision.
- Shopify/Amazon knowledge preferred.
- Bilingual preferred

Schedule: 8 hour Mon-Fri

Work Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
