Dining Server

Dining Room Server Job Description

**Duties**:

- Greet guests and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning the dining room
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing concerns

**Requirements**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
