Banquet Server

We are looking for an experience Banquet Server to provide an excellent dining experience to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and residents. The Banquet Server role will be an important part of our dining service and will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience.

About the Role:

- Greet guests on arrival; help seat people whenever possible.
- Provide friendly, professional service, maximizing guests’ enjoyment of their dining experience.
- Ensure any guests' complaints or concerns are resolved immediately, or referred to management.
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate supplies
- Organize tables, action stations, buffets, and carts for service
- Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests.
- Ensure courses are properly cleared and crumbed in a timely fashion
- Manage the presentation of tableware so that it is accessible for the guests
- Monitor cleanliness and proper sanitization of tables, stations, and service areas

Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous server experience preferred.
- Smart Serve certificate.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Present a professional image at all times

**Salary**: $16 per hour

- Every Weekend

- Weekend availability

- Banquets: 2 years (preferred)
- serving: 2 years (preferred)
