**Job Title**:
Customer Service and Administrative Support

**Reports to**:
Vice President Operations

**Type of position**:
Full-Time

**General Position Description**:
This position is responsible for performing various duties pertaining to customer orders, inquiries, concerns, returns, adjustments and delivery issues.

This position is also responsible for clerical and administrative support to ensure efficiency an effectiveness within the organization.

**Specific Requirements but not limited to**:

- Respond to telephone or written inquiries regarding product selection, order placement, product availability and request for pricing
- Handle customer issues such as returns, shortages, adjustments, including customer complaints processes and interface with various internal departments and external contacts.
- Analyze individual situations and take appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Coordinate activities with outside sales representatives and internal company departments, as necessary.
- Act as liaison in order to communicate all pertinent information such as delivery dates, product delays and regulatory issues
- Provide necessary follow up and initiate correspondence when required.
- Prepare courier/freight forwarders documents and arrange pickups
- Greet visitors, customers, suppliers, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all visitors follow the sign in and out procedures
- Prepare mail for daily pick up. Open and date stamp mail received daily

**Knowledge, skills and work experience requirements**:
Practical experience in area(s) of responsibility

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work consistently to quality policies and operating procedures

Excellent customer relation skills

Ability to work consistently to quality policies and operating procedures

**Educational requirements**:
Minimum high school diploma
