**Nos attentes**:
Le directeur ou la directrice adjoint(e) de magasin dirige une équipe veillant à ce que les clients reçoivent un service exceptionnel et à ce que les magasins soient propres, sécuritaires et en stock. Cette personne est responsable de l’atteinte d’objectifs en matière de ventes et de marges tout en promouvant l’efficience opérationnelle et en maximisant la satisfaction globale des clients lors de leur expérience de magasinage chez Lowe’s Canada. À certains moments, elle devra assumer la direction complète du magasin.

Le directeur ou la directrice adjoint(e) de magasin collabore avec l’équipe de direction du magasin, ainsi qu’avec le directeur ou la directrice de district et le personnel de soutien de la région, pour évaluer les besoins des clients et développer les meilleures pratiques pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels, de service et de vente.

**Votre rôle**:

- Superviser toutes les opérations dans les caisses et l’entrepôt (p. ex., flux de marchandises, livraison, préparation de commandes, caissiers et caissières, administration et cueillette en magasin), en encourageant la productivité et l’efficacité de toutes les activités non liées à la vente;
- Favoriser la collaboration entre les équipes des opérations de jour et de nuit pour assurer une charge de travail efficace et éviter le travail en double;
- Cerner les obstacles aux processus opérationnels ou à l’expérience client, les communiquer et trouver des solutions rapidement;
- Établir des objectifs opérationnels, de service et de vente clairs et mesurables pour l’équipe; s’assurer que les efforts de l’équipe appuient ces objectifs; et suivre les progrès au quotidien;
- Superviser l’exécution de tous les programmes opérationnels, de vente et de service sous sa responsabilité en surveillant les activités, en fournissant de la rétroaction et en apportant des rajustements, au besoin;
- Prévoir les moments achalandés et la charge de travail; réorganiser les tâches et les horaires, au besoin, pour assurer une couverture efficace;
- Anticiper les problèmes opérationnels qui pourraient avoir une incidence sur le service à la clientèle et/ou sur l’atteinte des objectifs de vente du magasin et trouver des solutions de façon proactive;
- Montrer comment mettre en œuvre efficacement le modèle de service et de vente de Lowe’s Canada;
- Adopter les comportements nécessaires pour fournir un service à la clientèle SMART, rester en stock et garder le magasin propre et sécuritaire pour les clients;
- Passer en entrevue, sélectionner, développer et diriger une équipe qui soutiennent les catégories de produits sous sa responsabilité;
- Respecter les procédures et les politiques de l’entreprise en matière de sécurité.

**Les compétences que nous recherchons**:

- Baccalauréat, certification ou expérience en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout);
- 5 années d’expérience en gestion d’associé(e)s dans un environnement de vente au détail;
- 3 années d’expérience en gestion d’une équipe responsable des opérations / du soutien dans les secteurs de vente au détail ou de services aux consommateurs;
- 1 années d’expérience en tant que directeur ou directrice en service, y compris la gestion quotidienne des opérations et des processus du magasin dans le cadre (et au-delà) des responsabilités attribuées;
- Expérience de travail avec les systèmes informatiques des magasins;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement interfonctionnel et en constante évolution;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
