The Clair Matin residence, by Cogir Immobilier, is looking for a colleague to join its dedicated team as a heavy duty housekeeping attendant. We offer you a warm and dynamic team in a superb working environment.

**:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for carrying out general maintenance of the common areas inside the residence as well as outside. He ensures the security of the premises during his shift. He performs all other related tasks requested by his immediate superior.

Permanent full-time position, between 28 and 32 hours per week, night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and every other weekend.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assure la sécurité des lieux durant son quart de travail et, au besoin, il porte assistance aux personnes en difficulté.
- Balayer, passer l’aspirateur et nettoyer tous les planchers des aires communes.
- Effectue toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par son supérieur immédiat.
- Effectuer des tournées de sécurité durant son quart de travail et s’assurer que toutes les portes extérieures soient bien fermées et verrouillées.
- Entretien général des aires communes à l’intérieur de la résidence ainsi qu’à l’extérieur.
- Faire la collecte interne des déchets et les apporter dans les contenants à déchets au garage.
- Nettoyer et désinfecter les salles de bains communes.
- Épousseter les meubles, nettoyer les suspendus, les lumières, cadrages, rampes, escaliers et autres dans les espaces communs.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- Good team player
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
