**VOUS DEVREZ**:

- Créer des boissons inoubliables, notamment des boissons à base d'espresso.
- Chercher toutes les occasions d'améliorer l'expérience des clients à chaque interaction et fournir une attention constante et individualisée aux clients.
- Démontrer votre passion pour la marque Second Cup et connaître nos produits.
- Maintenir les installations du café propres et bien entretenues (salle à manger, toilettes, arrière-boutique).
- Réapprovisionner les produits tels que les grains, les tasses et le présentoir à condiments.
- Assurer l'entretien de l'équipement (machine à espresso, moulins, distributeurs de bandes).
- Suivre les procédures commerciales pour le traitement des annulations et des erreurs de manipulation de l'argent.
- Réconcilier la fin de quart des caisses et des registres.
- Maintenir les normes de fraîcheur du café et des aliments tout en contrôlant le gaspillage.
- Respecter le code vestimentaire et être toujours ponctuel et prêt à prendre votre poste

- D'excellentes compétences en matière de service aux clients - vous êtes intègre, vous faites preuve de gentillesse à chaque interaction et vous le faites avec GUSTO
- L’engagement à fournir une qualité supérieure - vous êtes obsédé par la qualité de votre travail et vous vous surpassez chaque jour ; vous vous souciez vraiment des gens et vous tenez compte de nos clients dans tout ce que vous faites.

**Sachez également que dans le cadre de ce rôle actif et passionnant, vous serez amené à**:

- Rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Soulever des objets, vous pencher, vous étirer et vous tourner.
- Exposition au bruit (mélangeurs, machine à espresso), à la chaleur (vapeur de la machine à espresso).
