**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Recruiting & training tele-sales and Customer care representatives
- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources [team].
- Monitoring the performance of the sales and CSR team.
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets and drive the sales target
- Ability to evaluate performance of team with key metrics
- Maintaining customer service standards and customer relationships
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar field.
- Proven experience as Tele-sales team leader or similar position.
- Strong team managerial and sales skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.10 per hour
