**_Job Description:_ **We are recruiting a long-term part-time Order Fulfillment / Customer Service staff member to join our fun patch team in Sylvan Lake The position is challenging and fun, especially if you love patches, and there's room to grow with us

A typical day looks like this:

- Import orders into our system and print and process those orders.
- Pick patches off our shelves and package them for mailing.

Traits that will be super beneficial:

- Love computers, and you learn new software programs quickly. This is essential.
- Attention to detail is just part of your nature.
- Extremely organized.
- Love patches because our customers love them too, and we would love your opinion on new product designs.
- Be excited when our shipments arrive, and you can't wait to open the box to see what's inside.
- Enjoy working with numbers, as you’ll be counting the items you’re packaging for each order.
- Ability to laugh and make others laugh.

Optional skills that would be beneficial but not necessary:

- shipping methods
- purchasing and receiving
- inventory management
- Mac OS

**_Timeline:_** This in-person position starts when we find the right person.

**_Hours:_** Be flexible to work 25 hours a week between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, perfect for a parent who wants to work while their kids are in school.

**_Compensation:_** To be determined based on experience, minimum $18.00 an hour.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
