We are looking for someone to cover the **month of September** as we have a staff member with an injury. This could potentially lead to monthly casual sub work if the right fit is found.

We are looking for an ECEA/ECE with flexibility to work at both our 3-5 group centre and Infant Toddler location.

We are a progressive Montessori environment for children ages 2.5-5 years old. We function with 4 educators to 24 students, providing flexibility for staff to take time off and offering more one-on-one opportunities with the children. We follow Montessori philosophies and use Montessori materials, but we have an updated approach that is in line with current best practice standards. We incorporate play-based learning experiences into our program to provide a dynamic and exciting environment. We utilize pedagogical narrations on a weekly basis to share the learning with our families. We value active community involvement and invite our educators to contribute their ideas and passions as much as possible. We also recognize our responsibility to honour the Truth and Reconciliation Act and work to incorporate indigenous curriculum into our program.

We are offering $20-$25/hour with opportunity for annual increase. We also are enrolled in the Wage Enhancement program, which provides a top up of $4/hour, in addition to the wage range we have already stated. We offer excellent health benefits from the Chamber of Commerce Johnson group package, and we cover 50% of the costs. We offer one hour paid breaks, 10 paid sick days per school year and 4% paid vacation on each paycheck. In addition to that, we offer two weeks paid vacation over Winter Break. Our school program runs from September-June, with an additional summer program based upon enrollment.
