**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Cleaner**

We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Vancouver. Applicant must be able to travel to specific work site and be available for morning shifts.

Day Shirt

18 hours/week

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning common areas in a residential building
- Washing garbage and recycling areas, windows, walls, doors, parking areas, bike rooms, and other areas as required.
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, elevators, garbage bins, and other communal and public areas as required.
- Sweeping, moping, waxing, and polishing of floors
- Vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs
- Light maintenance as required.
- Receive and document complaints and report to management

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience
- Excellent time management
- Good understanding of English
- Ability to deal with customers in a positive & respectful manner

**JOB TYPES**
- Part-time permanent

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
