**JOB TITLE**

Front Office Receptionist & Bookkeeper

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities (included, but not limited to)**:

- Answering telephones; managing inquiries and routing calls accordingly
- Taking accurate messages and relaying them promptly
- Keeping and updating a daily phone log
- Assist in creating work orders for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage, track, and process Accounts Receivables
- Communicate with customers Accounts Payable to schedule incoming payments
- Updating and maintaining a work order/complaint
- Completing and distributing various Association meeting notices and transcripts
- Light cleaning
- General office errands, including mail delivery to satellite office, post office trips and pick-up/delivery to various vendors

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Completion of Secondary School or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to multitask
- Experienced with Microsoft Office

**JOB DETAILS **Start Date: Immediate Hours: 8 hour workdays (9:00AM - 5:00PM) Work Location: 1225 Kennedy Rd., Unit E | Toronto, ON M1P 4Y1 Probationary Period: 3 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)
