Your role will encompass crafting and executing maintenance schedules, orchestrating maintenance activities, and fine-tuning equipment performance to boost productivity. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and uphold maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and external partners to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Spot opportunities for enhancing equipment reliability and performance through preventive maintenance programs.
- Keep a vigilant eye on equipment performance, swiftly implementing corrective measures to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring mínimal disruption to production schedules.
- Dive into continuous improvement initiatives, refining maintenance processes to bolster efficiency across the board.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning or a related role within the manufacturing sphere.
- Profound technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems is essential.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and the Microsoft Office suite is advantageous.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with unwavering attention to detail.
- Bonus points for certification in maintenance planning or a related field (e.g., MMP).
