Scott Security, an esteemed provider of security and low voltage installation services in Toronto, is poised to make its mark on Ottawa. We are seeking a unique individual to join us. This call isn't for just any Lead Technician. We're in search of a Regional Technical Lead - a person who embodies the spirit of partnership, embraces challenges, and is ready to pioneer our growth in Ottawa.

**About the Role**:
As our Regional Technical Lead in Ottawa, you'll be the cornerstone of our new venture. You will be at the helm of installing and servicing a wide array of systems, including but not limited to, low voltage and security systems, access control, CCTV, and video management systems. You'll be working closely with our clients and our remote project managers to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the installation and servicing of security and low voltage systems, including CCTV and video management systems.
- Serve as a trusted technical expert for our clients, resolving their issues, and guiding them to secure solutions.
- Conduct site evaluations to assess security needs and work closely with project managers to ensure successful execution.
- Drive projects to successful completion, managing challenges and navigating through them with independence and initiative.
- Play a key role in growing the Scott Security presence in Ottawa, fostering positive relationships, and setting high standards of service.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of handling complex projects independently.
- Expertise in security and low voltage installations, with the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project managers.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
