**Role Overview**

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our community’s growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and orchestrating impactful events. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and partners.
- Implement strategies for lead capture, including content marketing, social media, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Event Coordination and Participation: Plan, organize, and execute community events, workshops, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Actively participate in events, engaging with attendees and fostering meaningful connections.
- Strategic Alliances and Referral Business: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within our community and beyond.
- Leverage existing relationships to create referral opportunities.
- Explore host beneficiary collaborations to expand our reach.
- Marketing Automation and CRM Management: Automate repetitive marketing tasks to streamline processes.
- Maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics
- Follow up calls to attendees

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, a related field or proven results that you can show us.
- Proven experience in lead generation, event planning, and marketing automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media tools.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
