**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of trainers to deliver high-quality F45 workouts.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to trainers to ensure coaching standards are met.
- Outline current programming and phases to trainers, ensuring all staff are informed and prepared.
- Be the point of contact for all athletic-related inquiries and updates from F45 HQ.

**Coaching and Training**:

- Conduct engaging, high-energy F45 group training sessions.
- Provide personalized coaching and modifications to ensure all members have a safe and effective workout.
- Maintain a high level of personal fitness and lead by example.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a strong sense of community within the studio.
- Participate in community events
- Build relationships with members and ensure their fitness goals are being met.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ensuring punctuality and smooth operation of sessions.
- Stay up to date with F45 HQ updates and communicate relevant information to the team.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Drive membership sales through exceptional service and member experience.
- Assist with social media and marketing efforts to promote the studio.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a recognized organization (e.g., CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership or management role within the fitness industry.
- Extensive experience in group fitness training.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-focused with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
