It also means projecting yourself into the future by working with new agricultural technologies, industrial equipment, data acquisition and analysis, and value creation.
- The mandates of the _Centre d'innovation Gilles Soucy_ are variable (2 to 3 years) with the possibility of renewal._

**You will develop your potential in these domains**:

- Collaborate with our marketing experts to understand the needs of our clients and users
- Stay aware of new technologies and patents that affect our sectors
- Participate in and lead creativity, ideation and problem solving sessions
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, engineering and industrial design departments
- Imagine, illustrate and communicate innovative concepts and solutions
- Validate the desirability of our innovations with our marketing experts
- Quickly design prototypes using CAD
- Support the manufacturing and assembly of proof-of-concept prototypes, and participate in testing
- Manage innovation projects, from preliminary research to proof of concept

**The ideal creative profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in mechanical, agricultural, mechatronics or industrial design engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Good knowledge of the agricultural, powersports and industrial equipment markets
- Experience in mechanical CAD design, ideally with Solidedge
- Fluency in French and English
- Good visual, written and oral communication skills
- Sense of observation and analysis, curiosity, open-mindedness, initiative and versatility

**Knowledge of the following is an asset**:

- Mechatronic, electrical and electronic design
- Programming (Arduino, C++, Python, etc.)
- Instrumentation of prototypes
- Data processing and analysis
- Expertise in tracks and track systems
- Numerical simulations
- Drawing, sketches and presentations
