**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently seeking a full-time bookkeeper to maintain full cycle bookkeeping for multiple businesses and work with our office team maintaining various business needs. Offices in Port Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows.

**Responsibilities**

: data entry for all bookkeeping processes including Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations

: preparation of all government tax remittances including source deductions, GST, PST, Worksafe BC, Employer Health Tax and corporate tax installments

: Preparation of internal financials for monthly review

: year end preparation of financials for Accountants review to filing

**Skills**

: Proficiency using Sage required

: Full cycle bookkeeping to Trial Balance

: Proficiency in creating and maintaining MS Excel worksheets required

: Proficiency using MS Word

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitt Meadows, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sage 50: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
