**SURFACE LAND ADMINISTRATOR**

Boreal Land Services Ltd. is a full-service Land, Regulatory & Reclamation consulting company based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We are currently seeking an individual to fill a position as a surface land administrator.

**Duties**
- Directly interact with clients and manage surface land administration aspects of regulatory permitting.
- Interpret, compile, and organize project information in support of public lands and freehold acquisition.
- Input acquisition information into Pandell Projects®, query data and reports for clients.
- Compile digital and physical construction / acquisition packages and present to clients.
- Collaborate with and aid team members including land use specialists, biologists, foresters, agrologists, planners, and environmental scientists.

**Qualifications**
- Surface land administration training or related experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and experience using digital land acquisition databases
- High attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of SPIN, ETS, EDS and OneStop systems.
- Ability to review and interpret Survey plans.
- Identifying and managing third party requests and agreements.
- Knowledge of the Alberta Energy Regulator’s Directive 56’s participant involvement process.
- Experience with administration related to First Nations & Metis consultation would be considered an asset.
