Reporting to the Director of Legislative Services, the Records and Information Coordinator is responsible for championing and providing technical and clerical support in the development, coordination, and maintenance of the Corporate Records Management Program including physical, electronic and historical records and is the primary records liaison representative throughout the 'organization. The position provides technical support and maintenance of the comprehensive electronic document records management systems (SharePoint, Document Centre / iCompass) including advancements and training of the systems. This position is the primary Gravenhurst point of contact with the SharePoint Administrator role.

As a member of the Legislative Services team, this position provides general back-up and support to other functions of the department including back-up to customer services duties, as required.
