**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with CEO and VP of Product to translate business requirements into user stories
- Work with VP of Product to build and communicate the Product Roadmap with teams and stakeholders
- Ensure that the VP of Product have the data analysis necessary to make informed decisions during the product delivery life cycle
- Conduct cost benefit analysis to prioritize queued requirements, issues and tasks on the product roadmap
- Lead ongoing reviews of delivery processes, and help develop optimization strategies
- Build business cases and conduct sessions for stakeholders to introduce new products, processes and tools
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and customers (through REW forums) and share with the product team in an understandable format
- 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
- Understanding of different Project Management methodologies (specifically Agile) is desirable
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, GITLAB, Trello etc.)
- Data driven approach for decision making
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with a natural analytical way of thinking
