Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and supervising all kitchen staff and ensuring all required shifts are covered
- Developing the restaurant and catering menus along with prep levels and par levels
- Costing the restaurant and catering menus
- Ordering all inventory and ensuring sufficient stock
- Cooking and prepping food as needed
- Training all kitchen staff
- Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Develop and execute events in conjunction with the restaurant manager
- completes and inventory of all food on the 1st of each month

Qualifications:

- Current Food handlers or willing to get one within 90 days of hire
- 3 years' experience in Kitchen Managment/line cooking and prep preferred
- Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Fluent in English

Pay: $23.79-$26.81 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
