Camp Cedarwood - Lac du Bonnet (Youth for Christ Winnipeg)

Youth for Christ Winnipeg is looking for prep cook and kitchen help to ensure our mission statement and operational values are fulfilled as it relates to welcoming, inviting and hosting guests at Camp Cedarwood (a Ministry Program of YFC Winnipeg).

Reporting to Camp Cedarwood Kitchen Services Manager or Head Cook on shift, the purpose of the position is to support Camp Cedarwood in preparing meals and helping maintain cleanliness in the kitchen for rental groups and retreats. You will need to be available to work part-time and weekend hours. All staff at Camp Cedarwood have the responsibility for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our facility and responding to any special needs and services of our guests.

You will have the gift of hospitality, a servant's heart, and a strong work-ethic and will get along well with others. You will also be physically able to provide food preparation and clean-up services. We are looking for someone with an outgoing, friendly and inviting personality. You will need to be able to work well in a team and on your own and will also need to be flexible and adapt quickly to manage multiple assignments.

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinawa, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
