**The Opportunity**:
As our Corporate Communications Administrator, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in the Investor Relations (“IR”) team and though collaboration with Senior Management, drive value creation at Canadian Natural. Reporting to the Manager, Investor Relations, you will support all functions of the IR team and be the first point of contact regarding many requests from sell-side analysts, current and potential shareholders and media. A key function for this high profile, fast paced role is to provide support for various Companywide requests from VP’s and Management Committee.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate and respond to requests from sell-side analysts, shareholders, potential shareholders and media
- Preparation of our corporate presentation and specific presentations for road shows, conferences and internal meetings for the Board of Directors, Management and employees
- Coordination of offsite events and corporate communication publications
- Update and maintain corporate website
- Disseminate and assist with press releases, annual report and quarterly reports
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting logistics
- This role will involve periodic work that extends outside core working hours

**Other Details**:

- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5x2 - Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
- Eligible for relocation pursuant to Canadian Natural’s Relocation Regular Policy

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail, organization and task management is a priority
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, complemented with experience with graphic software
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications and Digital Design or a related field
- Experience/classes or interest in Accounting and Finance would be considered an asset
- Would require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
