**Ecoline Windows, a leading company in the Windows and Doors installation market is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator committed to the company's success. We specialize in replacement windows, doors and patio doors for the residential market and work directly with homeowners.**

**Responsibilities**
- Schedules and confirms installation and service appointments
- Inputs scheduled appointments data into company systems
- Provides updates to customers on project timelines
- Completes requests by answering or referring customer inquiries
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Required skills**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University/college degree is an asset
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Organizational and typing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multitasking abilities

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
