We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President to lead one of our North American organizations into the next phase of growth and success.
- **Job Summary**_

As the President of a JDM Technology company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company. You will be accountable for driving the company's growth, profitability, and ensuring that our ERP software solutions meet the evolving needs of our construction industry customers. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best while also ensuring operational excellence. The President will report to the Chief Commercial Officer of JDM Technology Group.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, goals, and objectives to drive growth and profitability. Identify market trends and opportunities within the construction industry.

2. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient delivery of our ERP software solutions. Streamline processes, manage resources effectively, and optimize operational efficiency.

3. Team Management: Lead and inspire a talented team of professionals, including sales, development, customer support, and other departments. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

4. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.

5. Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure the company's financial health and growth.

6. Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to drive the enhancement and innovation of ERP software solutions to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry.

7. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Identify and manage risks to protect the company's interests.

9. Stakeholder Relations: Report to JDM Technology Group and engage with external stakeholders to provide transparency and accountability.
- **Qualifications and Experience**_
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a technology company, preferably in the ERP software or construction industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing P&L and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- **Compensation**_

This is a full-time salaried position and qualifies for JDM’s excellent benefit plans and bonus structure. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: $130,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
