DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

**PROJET SPÉCIFIQUE JUSQU’EN DÉCEMBRE 2024, AVEC POSSIBILITÉ DE PROLONGATION**

NATURE DU TRAVAIL

L’emploi d’analyste comporte l’analyse, le développement, la coordination et le contrôle de systèmes, méthodes et procédés ayant trait au traitement de l’information, à l’organisation et au fonctionnement administratif, en vue de l’utilisation efficiente des ressources du cégep, dans les domaines du contrôle budgétaire, de la comptabilité, du financement et des opérations financières. L’analyste est au cœur des opérations financières du cégep et est une personne-ressource essentielle pour l’ensemble du personnel en cette matière.

RESPONSABILITÉS ATTRIBUÉES

Les responsabilités attribuées à la personne occupant cette fonction se retrouvent dans les domaines suivants:

- Participe activement à l’élaboration des budgets de fonctionnement et d’investissement et à leur suivi périodique ;
- Produit les diverses redditions de comptes dans les délais requis et participe activement à la production des rapports financiers trimestriels, du rapport financier annuel (RFA) et du dossier d’audit financier de fin d’année ;
- Agit à titre de responsable de la gestion de la trésorerie, notamment en prenant les mesures appropriées pour accélérer la perception des comptes à recevoir, en planifiant les déboursés, en maximisant la gestion des liquidités et des emprunts à court terme et en assurant le suivi des emprunts à long terme ;
- Élabore et met à jour les procédures, règlements, politiques et contrôles internes liés à la gestion financière et comptable du cégep et en assure leurs suivis ;
- Réalise des analyses financières complexes et variées, procède à la production de différents rapports de nature financière et soumet ses recommandations pour soutenir les décisions budgétaires et financières de la direction ;
- Supporte et assiste les unités administratives dans la production des redditions de comptes, la préparation de leur budget de fonctionnement et d’investissement, ainsi que leur suivi périodique ;
- Participe à la mise à jour des fonctionnalités et contribue au support aux usagers des systèmes de gestion informatisée et maximise leur exploitation dans un souci d’amélioration continue ;
- Accomplit au besoin toute autre tâche connexe.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié à l’emploi, notamment en sciences de l’administration ou sciences comptables;
Être membre en règle de l’ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) ou en voie de l’être sera considéré comme un atout.

AUTRES EXIGENCES
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office ;
- Connaissance des notions comptables ;
- Habileté à mener à terme plusieurs projets simultanément et à gérer des priorités ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression ;
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et en collaboration ;
- Autonomie et débrouillardise, rigueur et sens de l’éthique ;
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
